RICE
Our position in the county of València confirms we are in a special place, privileged for the weather, for our geographical situation, because our fields of rice are around the Albufera lake. Our main fields are in Sueca and Sollana, situated in the area of "la Ribera", and in the town of Alfafar, in the area of "l'Horta Sud".
The variety grown is named Senia. We grow it according to the consumer's exigency. This state (Spain) usually eats short rice. We don't usually eat long grain.
